You can track your Berry status in Cash App, by clicking the link in the automated text message after a purchase, or by asking an employee to look up your account.
The details
Berries are good for two years from the date they are earned.
You will receive automated text messages to the phone number associated with your account each time you earn Berry Points and when you are eligible to redeem them for new rewards.
Families are encouraged to use one phone number in order to accumulate berries faster.
You are responsible for correctly entering the phone number associated with your account each time you shop with us. If you do not enter a phone number or input the wrong phone number, we are not responsible for adjusting the berry balance.
